The first VOLATILE workshop will be hosted by partner UMINHO and it brings together experts from different areas to discuss the valorisation of biowastes and their processing through biotechnological applications. The workshop includes a roundtable entitled “New value for wastes towards a circular economy”, where representatives from the industry and the technology transfer sectors will be presente.

The XX Iberian Symposium on Marine Biology Studies (SIEBM XX) will be hosted at the University of Minho, Braga, Portugal, from 9th to 12th September 2019. The symposium will be organized by the Center for Molecular and Environmental Biology (CBMA) and will take place at the Gualtar Campus of the University of Minho.
