The Bioinformatics in Health Sciences course aims at presenting and proving practical training in the application of computational techniques to the organization, analyses and comprehension of data generated in health sciences research.

It is intended that by the end of the course the students will be able to identify situations where Bioinformatics is useful in the resolution of a specific problem and skillfully chose and implement the appropriate computational technique.
